Polyguard UVO

1-Part Coating | Water-Based | UV Resistant

Polyguard UVO is an Ultra Violet Overcoat which is highly resistant to the damaging effects of UV light. It is a single component, low VOC, water based liquid coating that protects RD-6 anti-corrosion coating from harmful UV rays. Direct exposure to sunlight will result in degradation of the RD-6.

UVO should be used as an overcoat to protect RD-6 on above ground pipeline field joint girth welds, valves, fittings, and FBE coated pipe from damaging UV light rays.
