Polyguard CA-9 & CA-14 Mastics

POLYGUARD CA-9 & CA-14 MASTICS

Are cold applied, solvent release, corrosion resistant protective coatings for waterproofing underground metal surfaces. These single component bitumen coatings have high film building characteristics and allow for film builds of up to 12 mils per coat. The solvent-resin combination obtains good substrate wetting, consequently a primer is not required for Polyguard Mastics.

CA-9 MASTIC is recommended where a corrosive environment is encountered, including crude oil saturated soil.

CA-14 MASTIC is used for below ground corrosion protection of pipe, tanks, valves, mechanical couplings and other irregular shaped steel structures.
